Comes in a standard "Devil" sleeve. This sleeve was originally used for the single "Devil in Disguise / Please Don't Drag That String Around".
During the 60's the photo of that sleeve was used for various releases. Only the titles have been changed.
"It Hurts Me / Suspicion" is the only "Devil" sleeve, that has both sides equal.
This is the 2nd pressing with the V2 label, there is also a V1 pressing.
