*1) The master take number of "I'm Leavin'" is not known, as the tape (reel #2) from that session is missing, and would have included the last takes of "I'm Leavin'.
*2) The live master of "I Just Can't Help Believin'" contain additional overdubbed applause.
*3) The master of "Rags To Riches" used on the original album from 1974 was take 4, with a vocal repair on "cuss me" changed to "kiss me", spliced with the line "tel me you're mine ever more" from take 3, along with the piano intro overdub.
For the new master on this FTD release, they created a completely new splice. Again, it's mainly take 4, but they have now used a splice from "... that I'm living for, hold me and kiss me, and tell me you're mine ever more" from take 3.
*4) The rhythmn track of "Don't Cry Daddy" was recorded on January 15, with the track master being take 3. Elvis then recorded vocals to this backing track on January 22, along with two harmony vocal overdubs. The first harmony vocal (VO1) was only on the second chores, but an additional harmony vocal (VO2) was overdubbed to the first chores too for the final vocal master.
*5) "My Boy" was edited for original release by RCA by looping the ending of the song.

*1) The rhythmn track of "Mama Liked The Roses" was recorded on January 15, with the track master being take 4. Elvis recorded two vocal overdubs (VO1 and VO2) to this backing track on January 21, with VO2 being the master vocal.
*2) The master of "Heart Of Rome" is a composite of take 3 and work part take 1.
*3) The master take number of "We Can Make The Morning" is not known, as the tape (reel #2) from that session is missing, and would have included the outtakes of "We Can Make The Morning".
*4) The rhythmn track of "My Little Friend" was recorded on January 16, and Elvis recorded his vocals to this backing track on January 21.
*5) "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" was originally recorded as a duet with Ginger Holiday on march 15 1971,
but Ginger's vocals were not used, and removed from the rhythm track leaving only Elvis' vocals.
Additional backup vocals were then overdubbed on March 18.

With Elvis' original vocals and backup vocal overdubs then being removed from the multi-track track
(leaving only the original take 12 rhythm track), on May 21 1971 Elvis tried "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face"
again as a duet, this time with Temple Riser, but this was also not used. Elvis then re-recorded his vocals once
again on this day, to the original take 12 rhythm track, and additional vocal repairs and additions were done on
June 9 by Elvis and the Imperials.
*6) The master take number of "For The Heart" is not known.
*7) The live version of "My Way" used here is not the same version of the original November 1977 single, wich was recorded on June 21 1977, and was first released on the "Elvis In Concert" double album in 1977. Rather they used the version from "Platinum: A Life In Music" (1997) and "Hitstory" (2005), recorded on April 25, 1977
