The first pressing of CD 1 has an error. FTD announced, that the first two tracks were taken by mistake from the FTD release "Sold Out" (Sony 506020-975059) recorded on March 1 1974 at Tulsa. With the second pressing, disc 1 was replaced by a new disc. (Matrix no. changed) Costumers who had bought the first pressing, received a new CD (only disc 1) by the retailer or fan club. |

The 'Live Outtakes' were recorded professionally by RCA on multi-track tapes. |
The rehearsals were recorded through the microphone of a portable cassette recorder in the room (not through the mixing console) by Don Lance, during stage rehearsals at the Las Vegas Hilton on August 2 & 3 1972, so consequently the sonic quality is below normal standards. |
