Millie Kirkham is listed as backing singer on the inner CD cover, although she didn't actually join Elvis on stage until August 1970
as the high voice singer and that was just for the period during the filming of "That's The Way It Is". Kathy Westmoreland took over as the high voice singer after August 16 1969. |
This title is now deleted from the FTD catalog. |
This CD was released in 2008 again, but then with a red disc, instead of yellow. Maybe because of the silver text that is not visable on the yellow background? |

*1) "All Shook Up" and the first part of "I Got A Woman" are missing on the tape. |
*2) "Let It Be Me" from the February 15 midnight show was listed as being on "Elvis, A Legendary Performer Volume 3", but it was a splice of this and the February 17 midnight show performance that was used on that album. |
*3) "The Wonder Of You" is listed as being the February 18 dinner show performance on the cover,
but it's actually the midnight show performance of the song, which first appeared on the album "Elvis 30 #1 Hits" in September 2002. The February 18 dinner show performance of "The Wonder Of You" is actually the mastr which was first released as a single backed with "Mama Liked The Roses" in April 1970, and was also on the album "On Stage", released in June 1970 |
*4) The February 18 afternoon rehearsal was first released on the "Platinum: A Life In Music" box-set in July 1997, where it contained the same three songs. The rehearsal was more complete, with two additional takes of "The Wonder Of You", on the RCA/Legacy edition of "On Stage" in March 2010. |
